“Glass Frenzy” Workshop
Dorval museum of local history and heritage
Come meet our colleagues from the Musée des métiers d’art du Québec to learn a new artistic technique on glass: painted stained glass. Their mediators invite you to explore a whole world of colours and shapes in creating a mandala-shaped stained glass piece. Capture the light in your own way!

The Birds Surrounding You
Interested in ornithology? Come meet the naturalists from GUEPE and discover the birds that inhabit our surroundings. Through various games, you will learn to recognize them and get introduced to the use of binoculars. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., we will also have a free access booth where you can observe and handle naturalized specimens, bones, nests, etc.
